[Gelöst] Spring 14 RU nicht in CRM Online auffindbar

Hallo,

ich setze CRM Online mit 2 INstanzen ein (Prod und Sandkasten).

Von MS wurde mir mitgeteilt, das das RU jetzt eingespielt werden kann (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=311944)

Welche Schritte sind erforderlich, um die Produktupdates zu erhalten?
Melden Sie sich bei Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online an und rufen Sie den Bereich Einstellungen > Administration auf. Hier sehen Sie in der linken unteren Ecke die Funktion Produktupdates installieren. Wählen Sie diese aus – und schon beginnt die Installation!

Den genannten Bereich (Administration) in den Einstellungen gibt es in meiner Instanz allerdings nciht...

ist dein Benutzer kein System Administrator? Dies könnte vllt schon der Grund sein.

Da scheint MS mit seinen Info Mails etwas durcheinandergekommen zu sein...

Heute kam folgende Information:

Awareness: Scheduled system-wide maintenance with no planned downtime

For organization: xxx (https://xxxx.crm4.dynamics.com)

We will be applying a system-wide maintenance update to enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Spring ’14 features. This update provides the ability to receive the features that you can apply via the Install Product Updates from the main administration page, once the product update is available.
No action is required by you for this maintenance update as these updates are not testable within your sandbox environment. There is no planned downtime associated with this update. If, however, you experience issues during this window, you should escalate through your normal support channel for assistance. This maintenance update will be transparent to your end users.
The system-wide update will occur during the following maintenance window.
Maintenance window: 05/20/2014 2:00 AM - 06/01/2014 6:00 AM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

Die erste Mail von MS war nur eine Ankündigung des Updates. Da Stand nur leider, wie das eingespielt werden kann und viele sind darauf reingefallen und haben den Schaler gesucht.

Allerdings nur in der Onlineansicht im Browser, im Outlook Client nicht.
